How it works

One booking for the whole weekend.

Weddings take the whole property, booked directly with us. You bring the people and the vendors; we make sure the place is ready for both.

A wedding weekend, sketched

Three nights on one piece of shore.

Spring and fall weekends don't carry the summer's seven-night minimum, so a Friday to Monday stay works. In summer the whole week is yours.

The setting

What's here, and what you bring.

We'd rather say it up front: there's no hall that seats fifty. The lawn, the beach and the porches carry the day, and couples planning a sit-down dinner for everyone bring a tent.

The sun low behind clouds over the lake, with lights coming on along the far shore.

Wedding questions

What couples ask us first.

Can we have our wedding at Eagles Landing?

Yes, when you book all five cabins, so the property is yours alone. Weddings are booked directly with us, not through Airbnb or Vrbo.

How many wedding guests can stay on site?

Fifty, in five cabins of ten, plus anyone who brings a camper to one of the five lakefront RV lots. Tell us if more guests are coming for the day and we'll talk through what works.

Do you provide catering or a tent?

No. You bring your own caterer, tent, rentals and music, and we'll tell you honestly what fits on the property. Each cabin also has a full kitchen and a gas grill for the meals around the big day.

Is there an indoor space for the reception?

No single room seats fifty. Couples who want a sit-down dinner for everyone bring a tent for the lawn. The screened gazebo and five covered porches carry the rest of the weekend.

When is the best time of year for a wedding on Eagle Lake?

Summer weeks run Saturday to Saturday with a seven-night minimum. Spring and fall weekends don't carry that minimum, and the last week of September is usually peak color up here.

What's the deposit and cancellation policy?

25% at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 90 days before check-in are refunded in full.
