Dates move quickly in summer. If what you want is taken, tell us anyway — we'll say what's closest.
What a week costs.
Per cottage. Stay seven nights and the weekly rate applies — it comes in under seven nights at the nightly price. A $150 cleaning charge applies, and Maine lodging tax of 9% is added to all bookings.

About $46.71 per person, per night for 8 guests.
The weekly rate saves you $200 against paying by the night.
A 25% deposit of $654 holds it; the rest is due 30 days before you arrive.

Book directly with us and there's no platform service fee — just the rate, the cleaning charge and Maine's 9% lodging tax. One contract covers as many cabins as you need, and you're dealing with the owners, not a call center.
Summer weeks (June, July, August) run Saturday to Saturday with a seven-night minimum. A 25% deposit is due at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days before check-in are refunded in full.
