Family reunion cabins in Maine, for up to fifty.
Book all five lakefront cabins for a family reunion, a wedding or a company retreat, and the whole property is yours — fifty beds, five kitchens, a private beach and no other guests on site. One contract, one deposit, and the owners on the other end of the phone.
One call books the whole shore.
Most reunion planners are juggling a spreadsheet of relatives and a handful of motels. Here it's five cabins on one piece of lakefront, booked in one go.
Send dates and a headcount
Rough is fine. Tell us the weeks you're weighing and roughly how many are coming, and whether anyone's bringing a camper.
We hold it and price it
We check all five cabins at once and come back with what's open and one all-in number — usually the same day.
One deposit holds everything
25% at booking on a single contract, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancel more than 90 days out and it's refunded in full.
Everybody arrives
Check-in from 4:00 pm, door codes sent ahead, and one of us is a phone call away all week.
Take the whole property.
Book all five cottages and it's fifty people on one piece of shore, with no other guests around — every branch of the family tree, both families and the wedding party, or the whole team. One conversation, one contract, one deposit. Five RV lots handle the relatives who bring their own.

Everyone sleeps a two-minute walk from the reception.
Vows on the beach, dinner on the lawn, a fire when the sun goes down over the lake. Your guests stay in the cabins instead of scattered across motels, so the whole weekend happens in one place — and nobody has to drive home. Bring your own caterer, tent, rentals and music; tell us what you're picturing and we'll help you work out what fits.

Five identical cabins. Nobody gets the short straw.
Every cabin has the same three bedrooms, two baths and air conditioning, so placing families is easy. Kids on the dock, grandparents on the porch, cookouts at the fire pits and a gazebo full of games for the rainy day. Book the full week and the weekly rate applies to every cabin.

Retreats and team weekends, with nobody else on site.
Five cabins and fifty beds make room for a leadership retreat, a team offsite or a client weekend. Mornings on the dock, working sessions in the cabins with Wi-Fi in every one, dinner around the fire. Send us your headcount and dates and we'll put it together.

Seven days, and nobody has to drive anywhere.
Nobody has to follow it. That's the point of five separate cabins — people can be together all day, or not.

What group organizers ask us first.
Feeding everyone
Five kitchens and five grills cover it. Eagle Lake Grocery is three minutes away and the bigger supermarket, in Fort Kent, is about 25. Bring your own caterer for the big night.
A rain plan
Five living rooms and a screened gazebo stocked with games. The wet days turn into tournaments, and they're usually the ones people bring up later.
No big indoor hall
We'd rather say it up front: there isn't one room that seats fifty. The gazebo, porches and lawn carry the social life, and groups planning a sit-down dinner for everyone bring a tent.
Getting everyone here
Presque Isle airport is about an hour away and Bangor about three and a half. Most families drive and carpool. Coming through Canada? Bring passports.
Weddings
Whole-property bookings only. Bring your caterer, tent, rentals and music — vows on the beach, dinner on the lawn, and every guest sleeping on site.
Company retreats
Wi-Fi in every cabin, working sessions around the kitchen tables, mornings on the dock and dinner around the fire.
Before you send the group text.
How many people can stay at Eagles Landing?
Fifty in the cabins — ten in each of the five — plus whoever brings a camper to one of the five lakefront RV lots.
Can we book two or three cabins instead of all five?
Yes. Any number, on one contract. With fewer than five, other guests may be staying in the remaining cabins, so we keep it a quiet lakefront.
Is there an indoor space big enough for the whole group?
No single room holds fifty. Groups spread across five living rooms, the screened gazebo, the porches and the lawn, and those planning a sit-down dinner for everyone bring a tent.
Can we have a wedding or another celebration?
Yes, when you book all five cabins. Events and celebrations are booked directly with us rather than through Airbnb or Vrbo. You bring your own vendors, and we'll tell you honestly what works on the property.
How far ahead should we book a reunion?
As early as you can. Summer weeks for the whole property are the first to go. Spring and fall weekends are easier to get — and the last week of September is usually peak color up here.
What does a family reunion at Eagles Landing cost?
All five cabins for seven nights comes to about $12,100 with cleaning and Maine's 9% lodging tax — about $242 a person for the week, or under $35 a night, for fifty people. A three-night spring or fall weekend for all five is about $6,100.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
25% at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 90 days before check-in are refunded in full.
Can we bring dogs?
Up to two dogs per cabin, with a $100 non-refundable fee per cabin. Dogs stay leashed on the property.
Send us your dates and a headcount.
We'll come back with what's open for all five cabins and one all-in price — usually the same day.
